INSTALLING THE FAN BODY TOP COVER

IMPORTANT! To avoid possible damage to the Halogen bulb holder the fan must be placed on the styrofoam packaging from the box. After removing the top cover from the upper half of the styrofoam, take the packaging from the box and put it on the floor. Place the fan in the recessed circle that the top cover was in.

Step 3. Locate the three tabs on the top of the fan motor assembly.

Remove the three top cover retaining screws and set aside for Step 6.

Step 4. Locate the top cover and note the three mounting tabs on the top.

NOTE: Make a note of the Fan Serial Number and Model Type before install- ing the top cover.

Step 5. Lower the top cover over the fan downrod

Step 6. Once the tabs are aligned, attach the top cover to the motor using the three top cover retaining screws removed in Step 3. Hand tighten ensuring that all screws are engaged.

Test that the cover is on securely before continuing with the installation.
