Setting the Test Tone
Use the test tone to check the speaker connection status or level.
1.Press the SETUP/MENU button on the remote control.
•Each time the button is pressed, the mode switches between INPUT and SETUP OFF.
2.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select SPEAKER, and then press the ENTER button.
3.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select TEST TONE, and then press the ENTER button.
4.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select the option you want, and then press the ENTER button.
•AUTO : Test signal will be automatically output as follows; F.L CEN S.W F.R S.R SBR SBL S.L.
-During test tone output, press the ▲▼ buttons to adjust the speaker output level from
•MANUAL : Enables you to adjust the output level of the speaker manually.
1)Press the ENTER button to select the speaker
you want.
Each time you press the ENTER button, F.L CEN S.W F.R S.R SBR SBL S.L will be selected in turn.
2)Press the ▲▼ buttons to set the Test Tone mode you want.
You can adjust the speaker output level from -10 to +10dB by 1 step.
The sound gets quieter at -10dB and louder at +10dB.

- To stop test tone -
•Press the SETUP/MENU button once.
SETUP OFF appears on the display and test tone stops.

In the Dolby Pro Logic IIz mode, test signal will be automatically output as follows : F.L FHL CEN S.W FHR F.R S.R S.L.
