ANSWER: Please install J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 5 on the console system first.

9.I’ve successfully installed ASM 7.0 Linux agent on Altos G310 Mk2. But, why I cannot see any hardware sensors reading information in ASM 7.0 Fans, Temperatures or Voltages functions?
