If you are having problems operating the KM-112 unit, or suspect something is wrong with it, please check the troubleshooting list below to resolve any issues of incorrect operation. If you suspect an equipment malfunction and are unable to resolve the problem, please contact the Acesonic service center at (626) 820-0645 or send an e-mail to techsupport@acesonic.com.

• AC adapter not plugged in

• Plug in AC adapter

(No sound or lights)

• Bad connection on rear panel

• Check rear panel connections

Computer audio

• USB cable not connected

• Connect USB cable properly

(No sound, not recognized)

• Microphone settings incorrect

• Check microphone settings

 

• Driver not installed

• See page 4 for instructions

 

• Microphone power intermittent

• Check microphone

 

• Windows system conflicts

• Check your Device Manager
