Oven Functions

The oven has the following functions:

	Oven Light	With this function you can light	---
		up the oven interior, e.g. for
		cleaning.
	Ventitherm ® Fan	For baking on up to three oven	Ring element, fan
	Operated Cooking	shelves at the same time.
		Set the oven temperatures 20-40
		°C lower than when using Con-
		ventional.
	Fan Controlled	For defrosting e. g. gateaux and	Fan
	Defrosting	flans, butter, bread, fruit or other
		frozen foods.
	Full Width Dual	For grilling flat food items in	Grill, top heat
	Grill	large quantities and for toasting.

Attaching/Removing the Grill Pan Handle

The handle is particularly useful for removing the grill pan and tray more easily from the hot oven.

Attaching the handle

Insert the handle at an angle from above into the recess in the side of the grill pan (1) press and hold the release button, lift the handle gen- tly and then lower it (2) let go of the release button.
