WARNING

WARNING

Improper connection of the equipment- earthing conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the washer is properly earthed.

Do not modify the plug provided with the washer – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

NOTE: Have a qualified electrician check the polarity of the wall receptacle. If a voltage reading is measured other than that illustrated, the qualified electrician should correct the problem.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

Earthing Instructions

The washer must be earthed. In the event of malfunction or breakdown, earthing will reduce the risk of electric shock by providing a path of least

resistance for electric current. The washer is equipped with a cord having an equipment-earthing conductor and a 3 prong earthing plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and earthed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
