SWITCH SETTINGS

RÉGLAGES DE COMMUTATEUR AJUSTES DEL INTERRUPTOR

#Input Gain Adjustment Control

Set the MRP-M1000/MRP-M500 input gain to the minimum (4V) position. Using a dynamic CD as a source, increase the head unit volume until the output distorts. Then, reduce the volume 1 step (or until the output is no longer distorted). Now, increase the amplifier gain until the sound from the speakers becomes distorted. Reduce the gain slightly so the sound is no longer distorted to achieve the optimum gain setting.

$ Bass EQ Adjustment Knob

Boost the low frequency output of the amplifier from 0 dB (flat) to +12 dB. Adjust the Bass EQ (centered at 50 Hz) to suit your personal taste.

%Crossover Frequency Adjustment Knob (LP

FILTER)

Permits adjustment of the crossover frequency, by rotating the knob to select any frequency between 50 to 200 Hz as the crossover point.

&Power Indicator

Lights up when power is on. Is off when power is off.

MRP-M1000, MRP-M500 specifications

The Alpine MRP-M1000 and MRP-M500 are powerful monoblock amplifiers designed to enhance the audio experience in automotive sound systems. Built with Alpine's commitment to sound quality and performance, both models offer a range of features that cater to audiophiles and casual listeners alike.

The MRP-M1000 is a high-performance amplifier that delivers a substantial 1000 watts of RMS power output, providing ample power for larger subwoofers and ensuring that low-end frequencies are reproduced cleanly and with authority. Its Class D architecture maximizes efficiency, allowing for reduced heat generation and improved performance over extended use. The amplifier is equipped with a variable low-pass filter, allowing users to adjust the crossover frequency to seamlessly integrate their subwoofer with the rest of their audio setup.

On the other hand, the MRP-M500 offers a solid 500 watts of RMS power, making it an excellent choice for those who want impactful bass without overwhelming their system. This compact amplifier combines efficiency and power, making it suitable for smaller setups or as a dedicated amplifier for a single subwoofer. Like the MRP-M1000, the MRP-M500 also features a variable low-pass filter, ensuring a tailored audio experience.

Both amplifiers utilize Alpineā€™s Circuit Topology, which minimizes distortion and enhances sound quality. This technology helps deliver a clean signal to the connected speakers or subwoofers, ensuring that every note is crisp and clear. The amplifiers are also equipped with adjustable gain controls, allowing users to easily match the output level to their source unit for optimal performance.

Durability is another hallmark of the MRP series, with both amplifiers featuring a robust design that can withstand the rigors of automotive environments. They come equipped with built-in thermal protection, which prevents overheating and ensures reliable performance. Additionally, the amplifiers include multiple speaker-level inputs, enabling them to be integrated into systems without preamp outputs.

In summary, the Alpine MRP-M1000 and MRP-M500 offer exceptional audio fidelity, efficient power delivery, and versatile installation options. With their class-leading technologies and user-friendly features, these amplifiers are tailored for anyone looking to elevate their sound experience on the road. Whether you are a seasoned audiophile or simply want to enjoy immersive sound in your vehicle, these amplifiers provide the performance needed to achieve high-quality audio without compromise.
