E-10	Air Sensor Fault (sho rted)	Air senso r is shorte d. Air sens or defect ive?
	Inoperative Oven	Detach the sensor from the term ina l block. Use an Ohm meter to measure
		the resi stance of the sensor . Chec k sensor at 32°F (0°C) using a contai ner of
		ice water. If Ohm readi ng is 100, repla ce displ ay. If Ohm reading is not 100,
		repl ace sensor .
E-11	Air Sensor Fault (open)	Air senso r is open or connec tion fail ure. Air sensor defec tive ?
	Inoperative Oven	Detach the sensor from the term ina l block. Use an Ohm meter to measure
		the resi stance of the sensor . Chec k sensor at 32°F (0°C) using a contai ner of
		ice water. If Ohm readi ng is 100, repla ce displ ay. If Ohm reading is not 100,
		repl ace sensor .

	Oven will not reach set temperature	Oven overloa ded or has frozen product? Defective air sensor or probe?
		Defective soli d state relay? Bad wire connections or open heating cable?
		Is the high limit switch tripped? If none of the above, call service.
