Oven Cooking
MULTIPLE RACK COOKING:
Two rack: Use rack positions 2 and 5, or 1 and 4. Stagger food to ensure proper air flow.
Three rack: (convection only, select models) Use rack positions 1, 3 and 5.
Note:
•When Convect baking on two or three racks,
check foods at the minimum suggested time to avoid
•Never place pans directly on the oven bottom.
EasyRackTM
The EasyRackTM offers a convenient place to grasp bakeware when taking it out of the oven.
Baking Layer Cakes on Two Racks
For best results when baking cakes on two racks, use racks 2 and 5 for regular or convection baking (select models).
Place the cakes on the rack as shown.
Notes
• The EasyRackTM is to be used in ovens with a hidden bake element only. Do not use the EasyRackTM if your oven has an exposed bake element.
• Use the EasyRackTM only in the oven in which it was purchased.
