11.DAMAGE REQUIRING SERVICE - the product should be serviced by qualified personnel when:

A.The power supply cord or plug has been damaged.

B.Objects have fallen into, or liquid has been spilled into the product enclosure.

C.The product has been exposed to rain.

D.The product has been dropped or the enclosure is damaged.

E.The product does not appear to operate normally or it exhibits a marked change in performance.

12.SERVICING - The user should not attempt to service the product beyond that described in the user’s operating manual. All other servicing should be referred to qualified service personnel.

13.OUTDOOR ANTENNA GROUNDING - If an outside antenna is connect- ed to the receiver, be sure that the antenna system is grounded so as to provide protection against voltage surges and built up static charges. Section

810of the National Electrical Code, ANS/-NFPA No. 70- 1984 provides information with respect to proper grounding of the mast and supporting structure, grounding of the lead-in wire to an antenna discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna discharge unit, connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements for the grounding electrode.
