Computer won’t start

Make sure AC adapter is 24-watt.

with battery removed

Make sure battery is charged.

or with depleted

Replace AC adapter.

The 180c powers on, then powers off when screen lights up

1Make sure AC adapter is 24-watt. (“24W” should be imprinted on the adapter. Or, check the model number, which should be M5652). If it’s not a 24-watt adapter, replace it
