Replacing the Midplane Chassis
1. Transfer the copper heatpad to the replacement chassis. Replace the screws.
Replacement Note: Before installing the logic board, refer to the Logic Board
procedure to clean the copper heatpad and apply new thermal grease.
2. Replace the lower fan.
3. Replace the microphone cable.
4. Replace the speaker set.
5. Replace the AirPort Extreme antenna cable.
6. Replace the logic board.
7. Replace the upper fans.
8. Replace the midplane assembly in the back cover.
