Detalles de la Secuencia de Descongelación (Bombas de Calor Calentamiento – Enfriamiento):

￿￿Cuando el controlador sensa que las temperaturas de aire en el serpentín del evaporador conducen a la formación de escarcha o hielo, la bomba de calor comenzará un período de descongelación por un tiempo de retraso de 50 minutos.

￿￿Durante este período de tiempo, el ventilador y el compresor continuarán operando, y el agua de la piscina también se continuará calentando. Durante este período de tiempo es normal ver una formación moderada de escarcha o hielo en el serpentín del evaporador.

￿￿En caso de que el controlador determine la necesidad de descongelación luego del período de los 50 minutos, lo siguiente se presenta:

1.Se activará la válvula de inversión del circuito del gas refrigerante, cambiando la dirección del flujo del gas refrigerante caliente desde el intercambiador de calor para el agua de la piscina hasta el serpentín del evaporador (radiador).

2.Se suspenderá la operación del ventilador, permitiendo el máximo calentamiento al serpentín del evaporador.

3.El ciclo de inversión continuará hasta que:

A.El serpentín alcance una temperatura predeterminada (indicativa de una descongelación total), o;

B.Hasta que se hayan completado 10 minutos (sin importar si se presentó una descongelación total).

￿￿El compresor no se desactiva durante los ciclos de descongelación por gas caliente; al contrario el compresor continuará su operación durante toda la secuencia. Una vez completado el ciclo de descongelación (según se ha descrito en los puntos anteriores “A” y “B”), la válvula de inversión será desactivada, el ventilador comenzará a operar de nuevo y el calentamiento del agua de la piscina se reanudará.
