Viewing the internal structure
Without the side cover, the internal structure and installed components of
the barebone server appear as shown in the following picture.
Perform the p rocedures in th e succe eding s ections to inst all the CPU,
system memory, disk drives, and expansion cards.
• Make sure that you unplug the power cord before removing the side
cover.
• Take extra care when removing th e side c over. Keep your fingers
from components inside the chassis that can cause injury, such as
the CPU fan, rear fan, and other sharp-edged parts.
