Troubleshooting
If you have difficulty with your telephone, please try the suggestions below. For Customer Service, visit our website at

My phone  | •  | Make sure the power cord is securely  |

  | securely plugged into the cordless handset.  | 
  | •  | Make sure the telephone line cord is  |

  | securely and firmly plugged into the  |

  | telephone base and the telephone wall jack.  | 
  | •  | Charge the battery in the cordless handset  |

  | for at least 16 hours. For optimum daily  |

  | performance, return the cordless handset to  |

  | its base when not in use.  | 
  | •  | Reset the telephone base. Unplug the unit’s  | 
  | 
  | electrical power. Wait for approximately 15  | 
  | 
  | seconds, then plug it back in. Allow up to  | 
  | 
  | one minute for the cordless handset and  | 
  | 
  | telephone base to reset.  |
