Maintenance and Troubleshooting
My headset
doesn’t work
at all.
• Make sure the power cord is securely
plugged in.
• Make sure the battery connector is securely
plugged into the cordless headset.
Make sure the telephone line cord is
securely and firmly plugged into the
headset base and the telephone wall jack.
Charge the battery in the cordless headset
for at least 6 hours. For optimum daily
performance, return the cordless headset to
the headset base when not in use.
Reset the headset base. Unplug the unit’s
electrical power. Wait for approximately 15
seconds, then plug it back in. Allow up to
one minute for the cordless headset and
headset base to reset.
• You may need a new battery. Please refer to
pages 12-13 of this user’s manual.
I cannot get a
dial tone.
• First, try all the suggestions above.
• Move the cordless headset closer to the
headset base. You might have moved out of
range.
