Downloading the Firmware Upgrade Package

To download the firmware upgrade package:

1.From a computer that is not part of your KVM installation go to our Web- site and choose the model name that relates to your device. A list of avail- able firmware upgrade packages appears.

2.Choose the firmware upgrade package that you wish to install (usually the most recent) and download it to your computer.

Upgrading the Firmware

To upgrade the firmware:

1.Log in to the Graphical OSD (see Logging in to the Graphical OSD, page 15).

2.Click the Upgrade icon. The following dialog box appears:
