Calling Another Participant Whilst In a Call (Call Swapping)
Your TANDBERG 150 MXP may be used to call
another person while you are in a call a lready.
You cannot talk to the two persons at th e
same time, but you may put one on hold an d
talk to the other and use the swap featu re to
change whom you are talking to.

Calling Two Persons at a Time

Whilst in a call, press OK to prod uce the
soft keys needed for this.

About Calling Another Participant

Press the soft key Hold to pu t the current
call on hold. This will enable you to call
another person.
Press the soft key Add C all to produce
the Call Another menu. To go back to the
person put on hold (cancel this ope ration)
press Resume instead.
Call the other person i n the usual way,
either by dialling directly or by usin g the
phone book.
Now you are in contact w ith two persons,
but only one at a time. To switch between
the two press the soft key Swap. The o ne
put on hold will see the text “Attention
Please wait...” on the screen.
To end the call currently con nected (the
call that has not been put on hold), pres s
the soft key End Call. You will then be
back in a regular point-to-p oint call.
In general, call swapping is available
for both SIP and H.323 calls, as well as
for any combinations of the two.
If you are connected to an extern al
multiway you may also under cert ain
conditions initiate a video conf erence
from your system.

Note that if conference initializ ation is
enabled by means of external multi way,
call swapping will no longer be availab le
for H.323 calls.
