When Ordering ISDN BRI: The CLEC should submit orders for conversions from BellSouth and new service to the CRSG/Account Team Representative. Subsequent orders or conversion from CLEC to CLEC should be submitted to the LCSC. The CLEC will provide the port USOC, the loop USOC, and appropriate interoffice trunking and/or dialing parity USOCs as defined in the table above. The CLEC must also advise BellSouth of any and all features it would like to order with ISDN/BRI. The CLEC may also order Pre-packaged bundles of features called EZ Packages. Appendix V identifies Optional Feature USOCs and the EZ Feature Packages that are eligible to be ordered. The CLEC should add the appropriate Feature USOC(s) to the ordering documents.
