• Make a fold at the end of |

the cutting line at about 3/4 |

• Align the tabs on the spool |

cap withtheslots(t)in the |
|

housing(figure13). |

securely into place. |

NOTICE: To avoid tool damage, if the cutting line protrudes | ||
beyond the trimming blade, cut it off so that it just reaches the | ||
blade. |

(USEONLY.065IN. ROUNDDIAMETERLINE)(FIGURES14,15,16) Bulk line is also available for purchase from your local retailer. NOTE: Hand wound spools from bulk line are likely to become tangled more frequently than Black & Decker factory wound spools. For best results, factory wound spools are
recommended.9
•Insert the 3/4 inch (19mm) end of the bulk line into the hole (w) in the spool adjacent to the slot as shown in figure 15.
