If you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to view the BlackBerry Administration Service, when you click Reset search results configuration on the Users page, the results on the screen might overlap each other making the information difficult to read. (DT 7057023)
To remove an application from BlackBerry World for Work using the BlackBerry Administration Service, you must first update the software configuration, then wait for the BlackBerry Administration Service to complete three job tasks (Profile and IT policy, Application Removing, and Profile and IT policy) before you can delete the application using Manage applications. In some circumstances, if you are reconciling software configurations and you begin setting up a second BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 server, the reconciliation stops. You must restart both servers so that the reconciliation will continue. (DT 6464879)
In some circumstances, if you are deploying an IT policy to a group of users, and the primary BlackBerry Administration Service server connection to Microsoft SQL Server is lost, the policy deployment does not resume until the primary BlackBerry Administration Service reconnects to Microsoft SQL Server, even if another BlackBerry Administration Service is set up.
