You can upgrade BlackBerry Device Service 6.2 or later and Universal Device Service 6.2.1 or later, or BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1 to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.2.
If you have BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.1 installed, you cannot upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.2 because this version contains changes to the setup application only.
Adding instances of BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.2 to an existing BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.1 server domain is not supported.
You can also use the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.2 software to perform a new installation.
