PREPARACIÓN DE CAFÉ EXPRESSO

Antes de usar la cafetera, controle si fue correctamente armada y tiene todas las piezas.

IMPORTANTE: antes de utilizar la cafetera por primera vez, lave con agua caliente todos los componentes y el tubo de subida del agua.

1.Cerciórese de que la cafetera esté fría y ábrala, sujetando con una mano el recipiente de agua y girando, con la otra mano, el cuerpo superior – donde se recoge el café listo – en el sentido contrario al de las agujas del reloj, es decir, hacia la izquierda. (1)

2.Retire el embudo del café y llene el depósito de agua hasta la marca MAX con agua fresca. SUGERENCIA: se recomienda emplear agua fresca y blanda. Un agua con contenido demasiado alto de cal o sal altera el aroma del café. IMPORTANTE: no emplee la cafetera expresso dejando vacío el depósito de agua o llenando el depósito con agua caliente para así acelerar la preparación del café. (2)

3.Introduzca el embudo para el café en el depósito de agua. (3)

4.Llene el embudo para el café con café molido, sin presionar el café molido. Vierta el café en cucharaditas o en pequeñas cantidades en el filtro, a fin de evitar introducir demasiado café molido, ya que podría derramarse café. Distribuya uniformemente el café molido, y quite el café molido excesivo del borde del filtro. IMPORTANTE: emplee exclusivamente café molido de alta calidad y apropiado especialmente para cafeteras expresso de grado de molturación mediano. (2)
