CONECTAR A ALIMENTAÇÃO ENERGÉTICA

–Colocar o jarro eléctrico no suporte (6) depois de o encher. O corpo do aparelho deve estar bem assente na unidade de contacto do suporte (6).

–Conectar o aparelho à corrente. Vai ouvir um sinal acústico que sinaliza que o aparelho está em stand-by.

–Seleccionar a temperatura desejada rodando o interruptor de selecção da temperatura (8) e pressionar o botão ON/OFF

(7). O botão fica a piscar até se alcançar a temperatura desejada ou até a água começar a ferver; depois apaga-se.

–Assim que a água tiver alcançado a temperatura desejada, ouve-se um sinal acústico que indica que se pode utilizar a água.

Nota: se quiser alterar a temperatura durante o processo de aquecimento, basta seleccionar no interruptor de selecção da temperatura (8) e voltar a pressionar a tecla ON/OFF (7).

Nota: a temperatura ideal da água depende da variedade do chá. Há chás sensíveis que libertam substâncias amargas com água demasiado quente. O jarro eléctrico BODUM®, com regulador de temperatura, prepara qualquer variedade de chá com todo o cuidado.

Estão disponíveis cinco temperaturas:

60 °C; 70 °C; 80 °C; 90 °C, ferver

FUNÇÃO DE MANUTENÇÃO DE TEMPERATURA

–Para manter a temperatura da água durante 30 minutos, pressionar o botão de manutenção de temperatura (9).

–O botão de manutenção de temperatura fica aceso até se retirar o jarro eléctrico do suporte (6), voltar a pressionar o botão de manutenção de temperatura ou durante 30 minutos.

Nota: É possível pressionar o botão de manutenção de temperatura (9) antes, durante e depois do processo de aquecimento.

DESLIGAR

–O jarro eléctrico tem um botão ON/OFF automático e desliga- se automaticamente assim que a água esteja a ferver ou que se alcance a temperatura desejada.

–Pode desligar o jarro eléctrico a qualquer momento pressionando o botão ON/OFF (7).

O jarro eléctrico desliga-se automaticamente quando o corpo do aparelho é retirado do suporte.
