CORDON DE MISE SOUS TENSION

–Un court cordon de mise sous tension doit être fourni pour réduire le risque de s’emmêler ou de trébucher sur un long cordon.

–Des rallonges sont disponibles et peuvent être utilisées si l’utilisation se fait avec soin.

–Si une rallonge est utilisée, son voltage doit être au moins aussi grand que le voltage de l’appareil, si l’appareil est relié à la terre, la rallonge doit posséder un fil de terre de type 3. La rallonge doit être posée de telle sorte qu’elle ne pende pas le long du bord de la table ou du plan de travail, que les enfants ne puissent pas tirer dessus et que personne ne puisse s'y prendre les pieds.

Le bouton ON/OFF (7) vous permet d’arrêter également la bouilloire avant que l’eau n’ait atteint la température sélec- tionnée.

ARRET DE SECURITE

La bouilloire est protégée contre les dommages qui pour- raient être provoqués par un niveau d’eau insuffisant. Un dispositif d’arrêt de sécurité coupe

automatiquement l’alimentation électrique lorsque l’élément chauffant devient trop chaud.

Si vous constatez que la bouilloire tourne à vide, vous devez la laisser refroidir pendant 10 minutes, avant de la remplir de nouveau d’eau froide. Le système d’arrêt de sécurité se désactive automatiquement dès que la bouilloire a refroidi.

AVANT TOUTE UTILISATION DE LA BOUILLOIRE

Avant d’utiliser la bouilloire pour la première fois, nettoyez-la en la remplissant complètement d'eau et en portant l’eau à ébullition. Jetez l’eau utilisée pour ce nettoyage.
