4.2.3Controller Module LEDs

The rear panel of the controller module is shown in Figure 4.2. The LEDs on the controller’s faceplate that can be accessed from the rear of the enclosure are numbered from 1 to 6. The definitions are shown in Table 4.3.

Ethernet Port LEDs

 

 

Two (2) host ports, which provide two (2) connection speeds, are on the rear of the controller module. Shielded or non-shielded, Cat6 straight-through Ethernet cables can be used to con- nect the RJ-45 ports to the network. Two (2) LEDs located on each Ethernet port indicate the Ethernet connection speed and status. See Figure 4.3 for the locations of the two (2) LED indicators. Refer to Table 4.4 for the LED definitions.
