Top Rack Flip Tines
Flip Tines fold down to make loading the racks easier in
some instances.
Grasp the tines as shown in Figure 3 and fold the tines downward.
When the top rack is loaded, push it into the dishwasher.
NOTE: When pushing the top rack into the dishwasher, push it until it stops against the back of the tub so the top rack spray arm will connect to the water supply.
RACKMATIC™ Top Rack Height Adjustment (models SHE66C, SHV57C and SHX57C)
The top rack can be lowered to accommodate large items in the top rack, and raised to make room for large items in the bottom rack.
To lower the top rack:
1.Pull the top rack out of the dishwasher until it stops rolling.
2.Press the
RACKMATIC™ handles inward
as shown in Figure 4 and let the rack drop.
To raise the top rack:
1.Pull the top rack out of the dishwasher until it stops rolling.
2.Grasp the top of the rack above the
RACKMATIC™ handles and pull it upward as shown in Figure 5
until the
RACKMATIC™
handles lock the rack into position (you do not need to press the RACKMATIC™ handles in order raise the rack).
NOTE: Before you push the top rack back into the dishwasher, ensure that the rack height is the same on both sides. Otherwise, the dishwasher door will not shut and the top rack spray arm will not connect to the water circuit.
3. Push the top rack back into the dishwasher.
