5.6 | Downloading Diagnostic Log Information |
The Logs window allows you to download and view the diagnostic log information from the connected device.
1.Click the Logs button.

2.Click the Download button.
3.Click the Save Logs button.
NOTICE! The Logs window is only enabled when a VG4 Series AutoDome camera is connected to the Configuration Tool for Imaging Devices. The functionality described may not be available for all devices.
