Step 3
Attach front panel to lower left and right leg of cart assembly using four M6 X 10mm bolts (silver) and star washers (silver). After fixed front panel is attached, secure tank block bar onto cart base and front panel by using two M6 X 10mm bolts (silver). Tank block bar is labeled for proper orientation.
Note: With the help of a friend, turn the assembled cart over. Try to minimize the stress to the bottom plate.
Step 4
Attach locking casters to the bottom of the left side cart panel. Tighten caster bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts card.
