Choose a good, cleared assembly area and get a friend to help you put your grill together. Lay cardboard down to protect grill finish and assembly area.

Step 1

Stand lower grill housing on right side, as shown. The wheels can only be assembled to the left side of the grill. Align the bolt holes in the longer set of legs to the bolt holes in the side of the lower grill housing. The two welded brackets on the bottom end of the legs should face toward the grill and the side table pivot studs should also face inward towards the other leg. Insert two 6x50mm screws through each leg and hand tighten.

Step 2

With the help of a friend, turn the body over to the opposite end. Align the bolt holes in the shorter set of legs to the bolt holes in the side of the lower grill housing. The two welded brackets on the bottom end of the legs should face toward the grill and the side shelves pivot studs should also face inward towards the other leg. Insert two 6x50mm screws through each leg and hand tighten.

Note: Use caution when lifting the lower grill housing to prevent back injury or damage to the grill. With the help of an assistant, carefully turn the smoker to install the other legs. Try to minimize the stress placed on the legs.

Step 3

Assemble tank support bracket between two short legs using two 6x50mm bolts and nuts.
