Using the BR-Script3

(Post Script® 3™ language emulation printer driver) 7

Note
To use the BR-Script3 printer driver on a Network, see the Network User’s Guide on the CD-ROM.
To use the BR-Script3 printer driver, you need to set the Emulation to BR-Script 3 by using the control
panel before connecting the interface cable. (See Printer Emulation Support on page 111.)
The BR-Script3 printer driver does not support the following functions:
•PC-Fax Sending

For Mac OS® X users 7

You need to install the BR-Script3 printer driver using the following instructions.
Note
If you use a USB cable and Mac OS®, only one printer driver for a machine can be registered in Printer
Setup Utility (Print Center for Mac OS® 10.2.X users). If a Brother Laser driver is already listed in the
Printer list, you will need to delete it and then install the BR-Script3 printer driver.
