Make sure that you use paper that meets the specifications.
See What kind of paper can I useinChapter 1.
Select the Thick paper modeinthe printer driver, or use thinner
paper than you are currently using.
Check the printers environment because conditions such as
high humidity may cause this situation to occur. See Positioning
the printerin Chapter 1.

Pageskew
Make sure the paper or other print media is loaded properly in
the paper cassette and that the guides are neither too tight nor
too loose against the paper stack.
Set the paper guides correctly. Make sure that the tips of the
paper guides fit into their slots correctly. See Printingfrom the
Paperc assettein Chapter 1.
If you are using the Multi-purpose tray, see "Printing from the
Multi-purpose tray" in Chapter 1.
The paper cassette may be too full. See Printing from the Paper
cassettein Chapter 1.
Checkthe paper type and quality. See "What kind of paper can I
use" in Chapter 1.
Curlor wave
Check the paper type and quality. Bothhigh temperature and
high humidity will cause paper to curl. See What kind of paper
can I usein Chapter 1.
If youuse the printerinfrequently, the paper may have been in
the paper cassette for too long. Turn over the stack of paper in
the paper cassette. Also, try fanning the paper stack, and then
rotating the paper 180°in the paper cassette.

Poorfixing
