Call Waiting/Caller ID

The Call Waiting/Caller ID feat ure lets you use the Call

Waiting/Caller ID subs criber service offer ed by many local

telephone companies. This feature displays the telephone number

(or name, if available) of Call Waiting Cal lers on your machine ’s

LCD.

Press Menu/Set, 0, 3.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select ON (or

OFF).

Press Menu/Set.

To answer a Call Waitin g signal:

To answer a Call Waitin g signal while you’re talking on the

phone, ask the other party if you can put them on Hold to

catch the other call. The LCD shows the Caller ID.

Press Search/Speed Dial to s witch to the second call.

To switch back to the first call, press Search/Speed D ial

again.

Either caller can hang up at any time. However, if you hang up

you will disconnect both callers.
