Humidity Control Features

The various humidity control features of the Thermidistat Control are explained below. They are grouped into 2 sections, humidification and dehumidification. Instructions on how to select each feature are given at the end of each section.

Humidification

The Thermidistat Control directly connects to a standard 24VAC humidifier to control humidification in the home. A humidify setpoint between 10 and 46% in 2% increments relative humidity is selected by the homeowner, or all humidification can be turned off. When humidity in home drops below setpoint, humidifier will be turned on to raise humidity level. Humidification can only occur while heating. See Table 2 for reference.

1.Humidify

In normal humidify, humidifier will be on if there is humidity demand and any heating equipment is on. This will include furnace, heat pump, or auxiliary heat.

2.Auto Humidify

Thermidistat Control will automatically adjust the humidity setpoint ac- cording to the outdoor temperature. As the outdoor temperature de- creases, the humidity setpoint also decreases. Settings ranging from 1 to 9, 1 being the lowest and 9 the highest, will be visible to the homeowner.

A07048, A07049 specifications

The Bryant A07049 and A07048 are notable entries in the line of ductless mini-split systems designed for efficient heating and cooling. These models are well-regarded for their robust performance and innovative features that cater to both residential and light commercial applications.

One of the main features of the Bryant A07049 and A07048 is their advanced inverter technology. This technology allows the units to modulate their compressor speed, resulting in a more consistent indoor temperature. By adjusting cooling or heating output based on real-time demand, the units enhance energy efficiency while providing quiet operation and improved comfort.

The cooling capacity of the Bryant A07049 is rated at 7,000 BTUs, making it suitable for medium-sized rooms, whereas the A07048 has a slightly lower capacity, ideal for smaller spaces. Both models excel in providing rapid temperature control, allowing users to enjoy their desired environment swiftly. The quiet operation is a significant advantage, with sound levels as low as 24 decibels, making them perfect for bedrooms, offices, or other noise-sensitive environments.

Installation flexibility is another remarkable characteristic of the Bryant A07049 and A07048. Their ductless design eliminates the need for extensive ductwork, simplifying installation processes. Both models come with easy-mount wall brackets, and the refrigerant lines can be run through a small, discreet opening in the wall, maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the living space.

Energy efficiency is a standout feature of these models, boasting high Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) ratings. This high-efficiency operation not only reduces energy bills but also minimizes environmental impact. Additionally, both models include a built-in programmable thermostat that allows users to schedule their heating and cooling preferences, enhancing convenience and further optimizing energy use.

The Bryant A07049 and A07048 also feature a multi-stage filtration system. This advanced filtration captures dust, allergens, and other particulate matter, promoting cleaner air circulation which is particularly beneficial for those with allergies or respiratory conditions.

In summary, the Bryant A07049 and A07048 mini-split systems deliver versatility, energy efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Their modern design, quiet performance, and advanced technologies make them excellent choices for individuals or businesses looking to enhance comfort while being mindful of energy consumption. Whether used for supplementary heating or cooling, these units are engineered to meet a variety of climate control needs effectively.
