To contact emergency services when outgoing calls have been blocked

In case of emergencies you can still dial the European Emergency Number, even when call barring has been activated.

Press the PHONE button.

DIAL 999 or 112, 9112, R999,

R112 and you will be connected to the emergency services.

To change the handset PIN

Changing your PIN (personal identification number) prevents unauthorised persons from making alterations to settings on your handset. Your PIN must 4 digits long. If you change your PIN, keep a record of it in the box provided on the inside front cover of this user guide.

The handset must be switched ON.

STO 8 9

Press the STO button.

Press 8, then 9.

Enter the current PIN number (standard setting 0000).

Enter your new PIN.

Enter your new PIN again.

Press the STO button to confirm.
