Check your outgoing message
1. Press or until the display shows Answer Settings
and select the OKoption.
2. Press or until display shows
Outgoing message
and select the OKoption.
3. Use or to display either:
Answer & Record or
Answer Only and select the OKoption.
4. Display shows
Outgoing Message ,select the Playoption
and the machine will announce for example, “Your answer
and record outgoing message is…”,and your message will
be played back to you.

Answer mode ,select the OKoption.
3. Use or to display either:
Answer & Record or
Answer only and select the OKoption. Your chosen
outgoing message will be announced via the handset.

Playoption.
When recording your own Answer
Only outgoing message, please
remember not to invite the caller
to leave a message, as the Answer
Only mode will not record
incoming messages.
