BT Mango Helpline
1. Press or , until BT Service is displayed then
select the OKoption.

Helpline is displayed, press . The BT Mango
Helpline number will be dialled automatically.
BT118500 (Directory Enquiries)
1. Press or , until BT Service is displayed and
select the OKoption.

BT 118500 is displayed then press
. BT’s Directory Enquiries 118500 will be
automatically dialled.
