Re-instate the pre-recorded outgoing message

You can delete your own outgoing message and go back

to using the pre-recorded outgoing message.

1. Press or until the display shows

Answer Settings

and select the OKoption.

2. Press or until the display shows

Outgoing

message

and select the OKoption.

3. Use or to select either:

Answer & Record

Answer only

and select the OKoption.

4. The display shows

Outgoing message

.Select the Del

option to delete your own outgoing message and

reinstate the default outgoing message.

Using the answering machine

Message playback

1. Select the option. The display shows

Play Messages

along with number of new messages (New) and the total

number of old and new messages (All).

2. Toplay new message(s) only:

Select the Newoption. Your new messages will be

played.
