A unidade não liga – o LCD não acende:

•Pressione o botão de força.

•Verifique a pilha, trocando se necessário.

Se a unidade não reagir quando a tecla for pressionada, troque a pilha por uma outra pilha alcalina de 9 Volts e de boa qualidade.

Se faltar energia (o display fica totalmente em branco ao tentar energizar o laser):

•A pilha está fraca ou é de baixa qualidade. Troque a pilha por uma pilha alcalina de 9 Volts e de boa qualidade.

NÃO se recomenda o uso de pilhas alcalinas para serviços pesados.

Se a leitura da distância do alvo não puder ser obtida:

•Certifique-se de que o LCD esteja iluminado.

•Verifique se o botão de força está pressionado.

•Tenha certeza de que nada, como sua mão ou dedo, esteja bloqueando as lentes objetivas (lentes mais próximas do alvo) que emitem e recebem os pulsos de laser.

•Certifique-se de manter a unidade estável ao pressionar o botão de força.

NOTA: A última leitura de distância não necessita ser removida antes de se passar para um novo alvo. Basta mirar no novo alvo usando o retículo do LCD, apertar o botão de força e mantê-lo pressionado até que a nova distância seja exibida.
