Premete e tenete poi premuto il pulsante POWER, e spostate lentamente il laser sulla bandierina o su altro oggetto desiderato, fino a quando un cerchietto circonda l’indicatore della bandierina. Se il fascio laser riconosce più di un oggetto (per esempio, la bandierina e gli alberi retrostanti), verrà visualizzata la distanza alla bandierina, ed un cerchietto circonderà l’indicatore di PinSeeker segnalando all’utente che la distanza alla bandierina (cioè, l’oggetto più vicino) è visualizzata sul display (come mostrato qui sotto). Può accadere che il fascio laser veda solo un oggetto nella sua traiettoria. In questo caso, la distanza verrà visualizzata, ma, poiché è stato acquisito solo un oggetto, il cerchietto non circonderà l’indicatore della bandierina.

CONSIGLIO: mentre premete il pulsante POWER, potete spostare lentamente il dispositivo da un oggetto ad un altro, e costringere volutamente il laser a colpire diversi oggetti al fine di garantirvi la visualizzazione solo dell’oggetto più vicino fra quelli riconosciuti dal laser.

Una volta che il dispositivo è spento, l’unità torna automaticamente all’ultimo modo usato.
