A.5 COM PORT PINOUT ASSIGNMENTS
The COM port is a serial communications port that supports Local
Management or connection to a UPS.
The COM port has the following pin assignments:
Ports 1 through 6 Fast Ethernet (100BASE-FX compliant)
with SC type connectors. 6H128-08 uses
multimode fiber, and the 6H129-08 uses
single mode fiber.
Slots for optional Fast
Ethernet Interface Modules
(ports 7 and 8)
Slots accept optional Fast Ethernet
Interface Modules: the FE100-TX,
FE100-FX and the FE-100F3, also check
the Release Notes for other Modules that
may be available.
