Setting the Screen Shut-Off Time

You can adjust the time the screen takes to shut off automatically (p. 52). This also works when [Auto Power Down] is set to [Off].

zTouch [Power Saving].

zDrag up or down the screen to choose [Display Off], then touch qr to choose a time.

zIn order to save battery power, you should choose less than [1 min.].

Using the World Clock

When traveling abroad, you can record images with local dates and times simply by switching the time zone setting. If you pre-register the destination time zones, you can enjoy the convenience of not having to switch the Date/ Time settings.

Set the home time zone.

zTouch [Time Zone].

zWhen setting this for the first time, check the information that displays on the screen on the left, then touch [Time Zone].

zTouch qrto choose the home time zone.

Touch to set daylight saving time (adds 1 hour).

zTouch Ú.

Set the world time zone.

zTouch [ World], then touch [Time Zone].

zTouch qr to choose the destination time zone.

zYou can also set the daylight saving time as in Step 1.
