Image Categories
You can tag images as favorites or assign them to My Category (=185) groups. By choosing a category in filtered playback, you can restrict the following operations to all of those images.
•Viewing (=160), Viewing Slideshows (=173), Protecting Images (=175), Erasing Images (=179), Adding Images to the Print List (DPOF) (=238), Adding Images to a Photobook (=243)

Tagging Images as Favorites
1Choose [Favorites].
zzPress the <n> button and choose [Favorites] on the [1] tab (=42).
2Choose an image.
zzPress the <q><r> buttons or turn the <5> dial to choose an image, and then press the <m> button. [
] is displayed.
zzTo untag the image, press the <m> button again. [
] is no longer displayed.
zzRepeat this process to choose additional images.
3Finish the setup process.
zzPress the <n> button. A confirmation message is displayed.
zzPress the <q><r> buttons or turn the <5> dial to choose [OK], and then press the <m> button.
•Images will not be tagged as favorites if you switch to Shooting
mode or turn the camera off before finishing the setup process in step 3.
