You can lock focusing. nce the focus is locked, it remains locked even if you let go of the shutter button.

●Point the camera so that the subject of the same shooting distance as the subject you want to take a picture of, is in the AF frame
Lock the focus.● Keep the shutter button pressed halfway
and press the q button .
XThe focus is locked and displays on the screen.
Compose the scene and shoot.
●After shooting, press q to cancel AF lock.
