Basic Recording

Taking Photos

Operating modes:

1 Turn on the camcorder.

• / By default, photos are recorded in the built-in memory. You can set the memory card as the recording media for photos

( 37).

• Please read the IMPORTANT section ( 87) before using an Eye-Fi card.

2 Press PHOTO halfway.

Once the focus is automatically adjusted, will turn green and one or more AF frames will appear.

3 Press PHOTO fully.

The ACCESS indicator will flash as the photo is being recorded.

When you have finished recording

1Make sure that the ACCESS indicator is off.

2Turn off the camcorder.

3Close the LCD panel.
