When you do not want to scan colored lines and characters
Specify the color (red, blue, or green) to be ignored (dropped out) in the [Color
When you want to enhance a particular color
Select the color (red) to be enhanced in the [Color
When you want to enhance contours in images
Adjust the [Edge emphasis] setting in the dialog box displayed when you click the [Image processing] button.
When you want to reverse the black and white in scanned images
Select [Reverse Image] in the dialog box displayed when you click the [Image processing] button. Scanned images are output with black and white reversed.
