-Open the LCD panel.
-Speaker volume is turned off. Adjust the volume with the [SPEAKER VOLUME]

Image will not appear on the TV screen.
-Check again that the camcorder is
properly connected to the TV ( 39).
Tape is running, but image will not appear on the TV screen.
-TV/VIDEO selector on the TV is not set to
VIDEO. Set the selector to VIDEO ( 40).
-Video heads are dirty. Clean the video
heads ( 2).
-ou attempted to play back or dub a
copyright protected tape ( 42). Stop playback/dubbing.
Cannot record with this camcorder video input from an external video device connected using a DV cable.
