Selecting an Auto Recording Mode
You can select one of two Auto recording modes (Auto or Premium Auto PRO) according to your digital imaging needs.

With Premium Auto PRO recording, the camera automatically determines whether you are shooting a subject or scenery, and
ŸPremium other conditions. Premium Auto PRO recording delivers higher
Auto PRO image quality than standard Auto recording.
•It requires more power (and runs down the battery quicker) than Auto.
1.Press [ON/OFF] (Power) to turn on the camera. The camera will enter the REC mode.
•If the camera is in the PLAY mode, press [r] (REC).
2.Use [AUTO] to select Auto recording mode.
Each press of [AUTO] toggles between “Auto (R)” and “Premium Auto PRO (Ÿ)”.
