Attach the brackets I to the pedal unit F,

 

and temporarily secure them with the

 

screws G.

Remove the screws that hold the corner

brackets in place on the back corners (the corners away from the pianist) of the side panels.

Insert the plates on either end of the pedal

 

unit into the space between the corner

brackets and the edge of the side panels.

Protecting the Digital Piano against Tipping Over

When locating the stand where it is not against a wall creates the risk of it tipping over. To prevent this, orient the corner brackets as shown below and insert the pedal unit plates behind the corner brackets.

6 Secure the corner brackets to the stand using the screws you removed in step 4.

Important!

When tightening the corner bracket screws, press down on the pedal unit to ensure that the pedal part comes into contact with the floor.

The side panels have joint connectors inside that engage with the corner bracket screws. If you have trouble inserting the corner bracket screws, use a screwdriver to adjust the position of the joint connector as shown in the illustration (￿).

7 Securely tighten the screws G that you temporarily tightened in step 3.

8 Cover the screw heads with the screw caps
