To restore the audio, press the [VOLUME] key again.

Adjusting the Volume Level

You can use the remote controller keys to adjust the volume level of the audio that is output from the projector’s speaker.

To adjust the volume level

1 On the remote controller, press the [VOLUME] key.

z This causes the [Volume] screen to appear on the projected image.

2 Press the [ ] key to increase the volume, or the [ ] key to lower the volume. 3 After the setting is the way you want, press the [ESC] key.

zThis causes the [Volume] screen to disappear.

zYou also can use the setup menu to adjust the volume level. For details, see “Volume Adjustment Main Menu” on page 26.

zPressing the [VOLUME] key will not display the [Volume] screen if no audio is being input to the HDMI port during projection of an HDMI signal.

To mute the audio

1 On the remote controller, press the [VOLUME] key.

2 Press the [ENTER] key.

zThis stops output from the speaker.

Eco Mode

Turning on the Eco Mode reduces lamp brightness to save power. The projector’s cooling fan also operates at a slower speed while the Eco Mode is turned on, which results in quieter operation.

Turn on the Eco Mode when your priority is quieter operation. Turn off the Eco Mode when your priority is maximum brightness.

To turn the Eco Mode on or off

Press [ECO] to toggle the Eco Mode on and off.
